Customer Service Supervisor

This is such an exciting opportunity to join a growing and friendly team. The company are multi-award winning and have plans to expand and hopefully move to Horsham. The company offer services to businesses throughout the UK, including customer service and lead generation.  The successful candidate will receive free carparking.

Position Summary:

In this varied role, you will be responsible for supporting the customer service operators, who are representing a number of industries and UK businesses. The aim is to ensure a consistent high quality of live chat conversations, resolving enquiries and issues that may arise.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Supervision and support of the customer service operators
  • Monitor the quality and professionalism of conversations
  • Provide feedback and guidance to operators where necessary
  • Complete regular checks and processes; recognise and deal with issues when they arise
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise as necessary
  • Updating and setting up new clients onto the database
  • Engaging with and forming strong relationships with all clients and colleagues

  • Friendly telephone manner

Shifts are as follows:

  • 8.00am – 4.30pm for 5 days then 2 days off
  • 3.30pm to midnight (1 week in 4) for 7 days then 2 off
  • 9.00am – 5.30pm for 3 days then 2 off
  • 9.00am – 5.30pm for 3 days then 2 off
  • There will be some working weekends (1 weekend in 5) but with days off in the week in lieu.
