This is a superb full time, permanent opportunity working for a leading local employer. Due to current lockdown restrictions, this will primarily be working from home, but with some days required at the office. For this reason, applicants should be based within commutable distance to Crawley. Working from home will be determined according to government guidelines with a view at some point to returning to the office on a full time basis. The office has been set up to be Covid secure with risk assessments having been carried out and safe working practices in place. Home and office working will be continuously reviewed, in line with government advice.
You will be working in a team dealing with customer records maintenance. You will take personal ownership of customer admin enquiries, building a close rapport with our members both over email and the phone whilst ensuring service levels are met.
Duties will include:
- Administering and updating all customer records.
- Registering and recording complaints, errors, breaches and customer comments in accordance with company procedures.
- Providing high levels of customer service to individuals, employers and financial advisers.
- Acquiring information as necessary, liaising with other external parties as appropriate.
- Keeping systems updated with current information and customer records.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- You will be educated to GCSE standard (or equivalent)
- Previous experience of working within a customer services administration environment or similar
- You will have good working knowledge of MS Excel and Word
- Able to communicate information confidently and clearly
- Excellent attention to detail – a real eye for the fine details
This position would be ideal for candidates with good administration experience and it is crucial that you have excellent attention to detail.
