Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinating regular inventory audits
Car Stock Counts (Generating, Maintaining & Entering)
Internal Stock Counts (Local Warehouse)
Stock Maintenance
Managing the spare part stock and forecasting of a subsidiary (quantity, minimum inventory level etc.)
Processing deliveries
Responsibility for spare part reports (costs, stock rotation)
Ensuring a clean and safe warehouse environment
Ensuring and maintaining accurate warehouse data with no variances
SAP Product Management
Internal Database Checks
Annual process improvement initiatives
Equipment maintenance

The ideal candidate will be computer literate with experience of using SAP, Word and Excel. You will have excellent attention to detail with strong problem solving skills and a curiosity and tenacity to explore beyond the immediate circumstances to identify further improvements. It is required that you have an ability to work to tight deadlines and are experienced at managing conflicting priorities.

Due to the importance of this role within the organisation, you will be able to work quickly and accurately and most importantly, deliver on time. An engineering knowledge would be beneficial but not essential.
